DOT K BUTTERS

Please note that all Dot K Butters are handmade using butters and oils. In the summer months, and any area where the temperatures are high, our butters may melt. Should this occur, simply place your product in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes and it will solidify. It will lose its whipped consistency but the quality of the product will not change.

Please consider this when ordering products between May - October, and anytime of the year based upon the climate of where the products are shipped to. 

 

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped within 1-2 days after processing. 

 

REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

All Dot K Products are handcrafted in small batches to ensure the highest quality. We do our very best to meet the satisfaction of everyone who purchases our products. Most of our products are made to order, therefore we do not offer refunds.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at info@dotkproducts.com with your order# and contact information along with the issue within 7 business days of receipt of your purchase. Please return your unopened item to us within 14 business days to receive store credit.

If you are returning an item that was purchased at a discounted cost (ex. sale item), store credit will be equal to the discounted cost, not the full value of the item. 

We cannot refund shipping costs.

 

SHIPPING

Shipping is based upon the weight of your total package, including packing materials. Shipping costs are based upon USPS standards.
